Major update with many tweaks:
- Improved overall responsiveness and feel
- New UI font which is more readable (especially on smaller screens)
- Patient path is no animated to show direction
- Add procedural "EKG"-like background
- Add tooltips and descriptions to Affliction icons next to Spawns
- Levels 1-3 balanced
- Add minimal tutorial to Level1
